Causes & Symptoms for Acidum Carbolicum

• Carbolicum Acidum is a chief remedy for offensive breath. There are ulcerated patches on inside of lips and cheeks with burning in mouth to stomach. 
• There is putrid discharge and difficulty in swallowing. The fauces are red and there is fetid breath, regurgitation on swallowing liquids. 
• Carbolicum Acidum also helps in increased olfactory sensibility. Smell is very acute with putrid discharge.
• Carbolicum Acidum is also suitable for stomach complaints. 
• There is desire for stimulants and tobacco. 
• Carbolicum Acidum relieves constant belching with nausea and vomiting. Flatulent distention of stomach and abdomen which is more marked in one part of the bowel. 
• It helps in dyspepsia with bad taste and breath.
• Carbolicum Acidum also helps in female problems when the discharges are offensive. There are pustules on vulva containing bloody pus. Erosion of the cervix with fetid and acrid discharge.

Head

Eyes

• Very severe orbital neuralgia over right eye, Pupils dilated indicates Carbolicum Acidum.

Nose

• Tickling, prickling, itching in nostrils is relieved by Carbolicum Acidum.

Teeth

• Carbolicum Acidum relieves aching of teeth in right upper jaw.

Throat

• Prickling and burning in throat and oesophagus, Sore-throat worse on right side is relieved by Carbolicum Acidum.

Stomach

• Excessive nausea, and inclination to vomit, while eating a little, after breakfast.
• It is helpful in complaints of Burning in stomach.     

Abdomen

• Carbolicum Acidum is useful in Rumbling and rolling in abdomen.
• Burning in lower part of abdomen and top of head is relieved.

Stool

• Carbolicum Acidum is indicated in complaint of Diarrhoea and dysentery, mucous stools like scrapings, stools like rice-water, thin, black, very offensive.

• Urine: dark greenish brown, greenish, very dark, black or blackish.

Respiratory Organs

• Carbolicum Acidum relieves Short, hacking cough with tickling in throat, can hardly retain anything in stomach.

Limbs

• Soreness of muscles of back and limbs, Twitching in muscles is well relieved by Carbolicum Acidum.

Side effects of Acidum Carbolicum (Mother Tincture)

There are no such side effects. But every medicine should be taken following the rules as given. 

It is safe to take the medicine even if you are on other mode of medication like allopathy medicines, ayurvedic etc.

Dosage and rules while taking Acidum Carbolicum (Mother Tincture)

Take 10 drops in half cup of water three times a day.

Precautions while taking Acidum Carbolicum

Always keep a gap of 15 minutes before or after meals when you take medicine.
